Yifa Zhang , Male ,the member of Communist Party of China ,and the manager of the Propaganda Dept. of the Party Committee .He was born in 1967 , Hubei province .Graduated from SCAC in 1990 and stay worked at there .During that time , he used to be the section chief of student faculty of student office ,assistant secretary of Party committee of Engineering college , the vice director of the Party office concurrently  duties of vice minister of united & activities Dept. , the secretary of school youth league and the Party committee of Art academy while having the course of Engineering master . Lecturing "Modern Poetry Connoisseurship And Writing technique", publishes individual poetry anthology "Calm Day".
